AHIN Professional Services Clearinghouse provides:

  • Submit HIPAA standard transactions: Check eligibility and benefits (270/271), file medical claims (837P and I), receive electronic remittance (835), review claim status (276/277)
  • Real time and batch submission
  • Manage transactions with government payers, including Medicare and Medicaid
  • Access to a host of participating commercial payers
  • Error correction capabilities increasing staff productivity
  • Immediate access to a host of claim tracking tools and dashboard reporting
  • Single point of contact for claims management, eligibility and benefits verification and claim status
  • Access helpful bulletin board resources such as payer list and payer specific messages
  • Monthly statement printing and submission (quotes provided upon request)
  • Improved revenue cycle management tools to improve operational efficiency
  • Elimination of manually preparing and submitting claims

How to enroll:

  1. Complete the AHIN Professional Services Enrollment Form.
  2. Read the AHIN Access Service Agreement.
  3. Complete and print pages 1, 14 and 15 of the service agreement.
  4. Fax to 501-378-2484 or e-mail apsenrollment@ahin.net.
  5. AHIN will send you an e-mail containing the next set of instructions.
